Job Title E-Commerce Store Operations Manager Work Entity: European Pharmacy – An e-commerce store specialized in European health and care products Job Objective: To professionally manage and operate the e-commerce store on Salla and Trendyol platforms, develop customer experience, improve product SEO, and utilize AI tools to enhance performance efficiency, in addition to contributing to the development of the visual identity and packaging of the brand. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Management and operation of the store (Salla + Trendyol) - Daily management and operation of the e-commerce store on Salla and Trendyol - Uploading new products and updating existing products - Improving product pages (titles, descriptions, images, FAQs) - Organizing sections, offers, and bundles - Implementing banners and designs for the store and for visual and audio content SEO (Search Engine Optimization) (A key and essential task) - Improving SEO for product pages: - Choosing appropriate keywords - Improving titles and descriptions - Improving content structure within the product page - Working on improving visibility within: - Search engines - Search results within Salla and Trendyol - Reviewing and improving specific products weekly based on a clear plan Using AI (Artificial Intelligence) - Using AI tools in: - Writing and improving product descriptions - Suggesting ideas for enhancing user experience - Analyzing performance and data - Employing AI to reduce time and improve execution quality - Keeping up with modern AI tools related to e-commerce Visual identity, design, and packaging - Contributing to the development of the store's visual identity - Designing and developing: business package - Packaging for orders - Visual identity elements (colors, fonts, style) - Ensuring the consistency of visual identity within the store and all pages - Implementing designs requested by the sales specialist in accordance with the approved identity Order and shipping management - Monitoring daily orders (preparation – shipping – delivery) - Coordinating with shipping companies - Solving issues with delayed or stuck orders - Reducing errors and cancellations and improving customer satisfaction Affiliate marketing - Monitoring affiliate marketing programs (if any) - Ensuring the validity of links and orders - Preparing concise performance reports Reports and continuous improvement - Preparing weekly reports on: - Store performance - Product performance - Operational issues - Providing suggestions for continuous development and improvement. Required Skills and Experience: - Proven practical experience in managing a Salla store - Good knowledge of the Trendyol platform - Practical experience in SEO (Search Engine Optimization) (A prerequisite) - Experience and actual use of AI tools - Skills in design or advanced interaction with design tools (Canva / Adobe or similar) - Knowledge in developing visual identity and packaging - Understanding user experience in e-commerce stores Required Personal Traits: - Highly organized and loves systematic work - Detail-oriented - Aspires for development, not just execution - Able to work independently - Accepts feedback and turns it into practical improvements Basic qualification (preferred) One of the following: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing - Bachelor’s degree in E-Commerce - Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems - Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design/Digital Design (with store experience) Any related major is acceptable if experience is strong. Professional certifications (very strong advantage) - SEO certification (*, Google / HubSpot) - E-commerce certifications (Shopify, Salla Academy if available) - Certifications or courses in: - AI in business - Improving user experience (UX Basics) - Design courses (Canva / Adobe) 📌 Important: Actual use and not just a paper certificate.
