Job Summary:
- Job Title: Sales Representative
- Department: Commercial Division
- Line Manager: Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers warmly as they enter the branch, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints with professionalism.
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers.
- Collaborate with coworkers to achieve branch sales goals, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Restock shelves and ensure products are labeled and priced accurately.
- Participate in promotional activities to drive sales.
- Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies to management.
- Deliver exceptional service, providing product recommendations based on customer preferences.

Requirements:
- Educational Level: High school or equivalent
- Experience: 0 - 3 years in retail sales or related fields
- Skills: Intermediate customer service, communication, negotiation, organizational, and teamwork skills.
- Languages: Fluent in Arabic, conversational in English.
