Electrical Sales Engineer

About the Role

Measurement Methods Technology Company is seeking an Electrical Sales Engineer to join its team in Makkah, covering Jeddah and Makkah. This is a full-time, field-based position that involves regular customer and site visits, meetings, product demonstrations, and business development activities. The Electrical Sales Engineer will work closely with the sales team to identify and engage prospective clients, understand their technical requirements, and recommend suitable solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular customer and site visits to identify new business opportunities.
• Identify, contact, and follow up with prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the sales team to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Understand customers’ technical and commercial requirements and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Clearly explain technical capabilities, product features, and applications to customers.
• Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations at customer sites.
• Prepare technical and commercial quotations in coordination with the sales team.
• Provide general technical support to customers before and after sales.
• Maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Participate in customer meetings, exhibitions, and other business development activities.
• Follow up on opportunities and support the sales team in achieving sales targets.
• Travel within the city and to other locations as required.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Previous experience in sales, technical sales, or electrical engineering is preferred. Candidates with either sales experience or a strong technical/engineering background are encouraged to apply.
• Ability to understand and explain technical products and concepts clearly.
• Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written English skills.
• Willingness to work in a field-based role and conduct frequent customer and site visits.
• Valid Saudi driving license is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
