About the Role

Boudl Hotels and Resorts Co. announces its need to hire a highly skilled and visionary Executive Chef to oversee culinary operations in Jeddah and Mecca, Saudi Arabia. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and consistent delivery of high-quality cuisine.

  • Train, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff, fostering a culture of excellence, creativity, and teamwork.

  • Ensure consistent presentation, flavor, and quality of all dishes served in restaurants, banquets, and events.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role.
  • A degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
