This role is responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market reach, and building relationships within the construction industry. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, manage the sales process, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and target new customers, actively seeking new sales opportunities for the Elevators Division.
• Develop and implement strategic action plans to approach and secure new business.
• Achieve revenue and unit sales targets through effective sales process management, customer retention, and sales development strategies.
• Develop and maintain a strong brand image and prequalify the brand with industry consultants.
• Cultivate and nurture working relationships with key consultants and contractors within the construction industry.
• Proactively manage customer requirements, ensuring on-time delivery by considering lead-times, product specification changes, and customer demand.
• Manage all aspects of the individual sales process, including estimation, quotation preparation and submission, negotiation, and the submission and approval of shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Collect and analyze market data to understand reasons for lost projects.
• Stay current with the latest regulations, standards, and best working practices within the Elevators and Escalators industry.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superiors.

Qualifications and Requirements

• An Engineering Degree or an equivalent qualification.
• A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a similar sales account management role.
• A valid KSA Driving License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in healthcare compliance, legal, risk management, audit, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare compliance laws, regulations, and industry codes applicable across Middle East markets.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing complex, multi-country or cluster-level compliance programs.

Location and Work Details

This is a full-time position. The role can be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia or Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Applicable cities within Saudi Arabia include Jeddah, Makkah, and Riyadh, and within the United Arab Emirates, Dubai. Fluency in English is required, and Arabic proficiency is preferred. Travel of up to 20-30% is anticipated, primarily within the Middle East, with some regional travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead *******'s Customer Experience function end-to-end, including processes, policies, workflows, tools, and team structure.
• Define and enforce the overall CX vision, service standards, brand tone, and comprehensive service playbooks.

• Strong experience in designing customer journeys, SLAs, escalation frameworks, QA programs, and operational processes.
• Hands-on experience with CX/helpdesk platforms such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or HubSpot Service Hub, or similar systems.
• A strong analytical mindset with proven experience using CSAT, NPS, ticket analytics, and operational KPIs to inform decisions and drive resolutions.
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams, developing talent, and driving accountability.
