Financial Accounts Manager

• Supervising the preparation and submission of monthly and annual financial reports.
• Reviewing daily accounting operations and ensuring their accuracy and efficiency.
• Preparing bank reconciliations and reviewing general accounts to ensure the correctness of balances.
• Supporting the process of preparing the annual budget and ensuring the availability of necessary financial data.
• Ensuring the application of accounting policies and procedures according to international standards.
• Supervising periodic inventory counts of assets and stock.
• Providing technical support to the accounting team and ensuring any issues related to accounts are resolved.
• Cooperating with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation for review.
• Preparing periodic account performance reports and submitting them to senior management.
• Making suggestions for improvements in accounting systems and financial reporting.

Job Purpose:

The Field Sales Representative is responsible for promoting and selling the company’s educational programs directly to schools. This role involves building relationships with decision-makers, presenting program value, and closing sales deals. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, confident, and results-oriented, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily visits to schools (private and international) to present and sell educational programs.
• Identify and build relationships with school principals, academic coordinators, and purchasing departments.
• Deliver professional presentations and demonstrations in English.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates.
• Follow up on leads, proposals, and contracts to ensure deal closure.
• Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer needs.
• Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in sales (preferably in the education or training sector).
• Excellent English communication and presentation skills (spoken and written).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the city.

Compensation:

• Fixed base salary (to be determined)
• Sales commission: 20% on every closed deal
