We are seeking a Fleet Operations Manager who will oversee the daily operations of our fleet consisting of cars, trucks, and heavy equipment. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring optimal fleet performance and management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the daily operations of cars, trucks, and heavy equipment.
  • Schedule maintenance, repairs, and periodic inspections.
  • Monitor fuel consumption, mileage, and operating costs.
  • Implement vehicle tracking and fleet management systems.
  • Manage driver assignments and provide safety and compliance training.
  • Optimize fleet utilization and route planning to minimize costs.
  • Maintain insurance and licensing records.
  • Manage fleet budgets, fuel costs, and maintenance expenses.

Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Business Administration, or Engineering.
  • Experience with fleet management systems.
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and decision-making skills.
  • Understanding of basic vehicle mechanics and preventative maintenance.
  • Ability to effectively lead teams of drivers and technicians.
  • Professional certification in fleet management is an asset.
