About The Job
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Florist to join Jumeirah The Red Sea. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:
  • Complete day-to-day activities following departmental policies, processes, and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety, and environmental procedures.
  • Maintain sufficient florist supplies to fulfill orders.
  • Assist Food & Beverage colleagues in preparing special events.
  • Set up flower and greenery displays and maintain their cleanliness.
  • Prepare daily in-house flower request reports to control costs.

About You
The ideal candidate will have:
  • A High School Diploma.
  • 2-3 years of experience in floral designs in a luxury environment.
  • Demonstrated creativity and strong attention to detail.
  • Intermediate software competencies.
