Job Description Execution of cooking operations for the daily production of ready meals, and participation in the development and innovation of new recipes and improving current recipes, ensuring product quality, safety, and stability. Job Tasks First: Production Tasks - Implementing cooking operations according to approved recipes and production plans. - Adhering to specified production quantities and specifications. - Preparing raw materials and seasoning mixes and sauces. - Operating cooking equipment designated for production. - Adhering to approved cooking temperatures and times. Second: Research and Development (R&D) - Participating in the innovation and development of new recipes. - Arabic dishes. - Eastern dishes. - International dishes. - Improving current recipes in terms of: - Taste. - Consistency. - Preparation method. - Documenting recipes and preparation methods in coordination with quality. Third: Quality and Food Safety - Adhering to the instructions for quality control and food safety. - Applying good manufacturing practices (GMP). - Complying with the requirements of the General Authority for Food and Drug. - Reporting any observations affecting product quality.

  • Requires 2-5 Years experience
  • Beginner in English
