Role Overview:
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Jeddah, where the HR Officer will be responsible for managing various HR operations and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations and maintain employee records.
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and final settlements.
• Handle government relations processes including Qiwa, Muqeem, and GOSI.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and track Saudization requirements.
• Coordinate with payroll and finance regarding employee matters.
• Issue HR-related letters, such as salary and employment certificates.

Qualifications:

• Saudi National required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR.
• Strong background in HR operations and government relations.
• Familiarity with Saudi labor laws and Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI systems.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.

Requirements:
Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Background in industrial machinery or engineering product sales.

Technical Skills:

• Understanding of industrial machinery and technical products.
• Ability to read and understand technical specifications.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused and result-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently in a regional market.
• Strong networking ability in KSA industrial sectors.
• Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• GCC driving license preferred.
