Track and improve maintenance KPIs such as response time, backlog, and asset uptime.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives using techniques such as root cause analysis (RCA) and lean methodologies.
Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, reports, and technical records.

Ensure compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) standards and food safety requirements.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance within an industrial or manufacturing setup (FMCG/food industry preferred).
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
Experience with maintenance planning and ERP systems (SAP PM preferred).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Kaizen, RCA).
Ability to perform in a fast-paced industrial environment.
