Join Napco National as a Maintenance Technician!

Are you ready to contribute to a leading Saudi company specialized in manufacturing and marketing packaging solutions? At Napco National, we continue to drive the growth of the industrial sector, and we are looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate and deliver information effectively, both verbally and in writing, within a business context.
  • Monitor, collect, and analyze various data sources to create reports that aid in decision-making processes.
  • Identify, isolate, and rectify faults in equipment to restore operational conditions, applying Root Cause Analysis (RCA) when necessary.
  • Operate NAPCO’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software and other interfaced software systems.
  • Use Condition Monitoring results to predict maintenance needs and schedule corrective actions accordingly.
