Join Vanderlande as a Maintenance Technician
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for executing maintenance duties and responding to reactive calls within the Material Handling System. Your expertise ensures productivity and output, equipment asset availability, compliance with health & safety standards, and adherence to quality protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain a variety of machinery and electrical equipment, including motors, electrical circuits, ATR systems, baggage handling equipment, and conveyor systems.
  • Work in accordance with diagrams, electrical drawings, operational manuals, and manufacturer’s specifications utilizing hand tools and precision measuring and testing instruments.

Qualifications:
  • Diploma or higher in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in electro-mechanical or electrical maintenance.
  • Understanding of electrical and mechanical drawings/prints is essential.
  • Preferred minimum of 2 years of material handling experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
  • Familiarity with mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Basic knowledge of control systems (PLC, PC).
  • Ability to obtain and maintain an Airport ID Badge.

  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safety-focused work environment.
