Join Lucy Group Ltd as a Service Technician in the Western Region!
Are you a skilled technician with a passion for solving technical issues? We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team in Jeddah, Makkah, responsible for maintaining and servicing our innovative products.

Job Purpose:
The Service Technician will address technical and automation issues faced by our clients using Lucy products. This includes addressing claims related to product quality and damages due to user handling or maloperation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and service of all Lucy products.
  • Demonstrate the correct operation of Lucy products.
  • Conduct inspections on-site and in the shop.
  • Analyze client issues and document site visits.
  • Achieve daily targets while ensuring a safe working environment.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you should have knowledge of electrical components, wiring diagrams, and experience working in an engineering and manufacturing environment. Proficiency in Microsoft programs is also required. A collaborative spirit combined with the ability to work independently is key, along with effective communication skills in both English and Arabic.

Job Objective:

  • Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and a commitment to maintaining a safety-focused work environment.
