Introduction about the role and the company:
Bright House RealEstate is looking for a highly skilled maintenance technician to join its team. We are committed to providing high-quality maintenance services for our residential and commercial properties. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the safety and efficiency of these properties.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily maintenance tasks (electricity, plumbing, air conditioning, civil works).
  • Address malfunctions and field reports efficiently and quickly.
  • Conduct regular inspections of buildings and document completed work.
  • Adhere to safety and quality standards during task execution.
  • Coordinate with the maintenance supervisor and raise technical observations.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience of no less than two years in the maintenance field.
  • Good knowledge of building systems and technical tools.
  • Able to work in the field and withstand work pressure.
  • Problem-solving skills and customer handling.
  • Valid driving license.
