About the Marketing Lead Role

RIS Group is seeking a Marketing Lead to oversee marketing strategies across its portfolio, which includes brands, retail operations, e-commerce, interior design services, and hospitality furnishing projects. This role is designed for a professional with expertise in luxury markets, aiming to drive growth and enhance brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual and monthly marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage and optimize social media presence, digital marketing campaigns, influencer partnerships, public relations, and event execution.
  • Plan and oversee the launch of new products, showroom activations, and strategic brand collaborations.
  • Monitor and analyze marketing performance across all channels, implementing optimizations for effectiveness.
  • Coordinate the creation of content, advertising initiatives, email marketing campaigns, and customer engagement strategies.
  • Support both retail and B2B business growth objectives.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and marketing suppliers to ensure quality deliverables.

Qualifications and Experience

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated experience working with luxury retail, interior design, furniture, lifestyle, hospitality, or similar premium brands.
  • Proficiency in using Meta Ads, Google Analytics, CRM systems, and other essential digital marketing tools.
  • Strong capability in market research, including analyzing customer insights, competitive landscapes, and industry trends to inform strategic marketing decisions and brand positioning.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing marketing strategies, encompassing brand planning, campaign development, and multi-channel execution across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong project management capabilities.
  • A creative mindset with commercial awareness and a results-oriented approach.
  • Must be based in Jeddah or willing to relocate to Jeddah.
