About the Role:
As a Business Marketing Manager - Personal Health at Philips, you will generate long-term business value for our target audiences. Your role will involve delivering and managing superior propositions while utilizing consumer and market intelligence to drive brand strength.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of a regional integrated innovation and communication roadmap.
  • Strategize marketing objectives based on the Consumer Experience Journey.
  • Develop competitive pricing strategies in collaboration with regional and finance teams.
  • Ensure consistency in consumer experiences across various touchpoints.
  • Guide insights teams to gather actionable data and inform product innovation.
  • Monitor and analyze in-market results to optimize performance.
  • Coordinate with key departments to guarantee timely and qualified delivery of initiatives.
  • Support the development and execution of the rolling Business Region plan.

Qualifications:
  • Master or Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business Administration.
  • Over 10 years of experience in a marketing role within a multinational organization.
  • Proven track record of managing large and complex projects.
  • Strong background in brand/category management and strategic planning.
  • In-depth knowledge of business strategies and goal translation into marketing objectives.
  • Excellent collaboration and management skills.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
