This full-time position is based in Jeddah and Makkah, Saudi Arabia, and requires 2-5 years of experience. Role Overview and Responsibilities

The Medical Representative will be responsible for executing planned field visits to pharmacies, pharmacists, and designated healthcare professionals to build and maintain strong relationships. Key responsibilities include driving product recommendation and business growth, strengthening engagement with Galderma brands through scientific promotion and professional service, and ensuring excellent product visibility and positioning within assigned pharmacy accounts. The role also involves monitoring product availability, implementing commercial and marketing plans, conducting product detailing and educational sessions, and organizing pharmacy-focused events.

  • Execute planned field visits to pharmacies and healthcare professionals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacists and retail stakeholders.
  • Promote Galderma brands through scientific communication and customer service.

Qualifications and Requirements

Candidates for this position must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in science or pharmacy, or equivalent experience. Eligibility to practice as a licensed pharmacist in KSA is mandatory, along with a valid Healthcare License. A minimum of 2-3 years of sales experience in the multinational dermatological industry is required, demonstrating a strong track record in customer engagement and target achievement. Candidates should have consistently achieved 100% or more of their targets in the last 2-3 years.

  • Bachelor’s Degree (science/pharmacy) or equivalent experience/qualification.
  • Licensed pharmacist – eligible to practice in KSA.
  • Valid Healthcare License is mandatory.
  • 2-3 years of working experience in sales within a multinational Dermatological industry.
  • Solid sales experience with a proven track record of customer development and target delivery.
  • Consistent achievement of 100% or more of targets in the last 2-3 years.
