We are seeking skilled professionals to join our production team in Jeddah. As a CNC Plasma Cutting Machine Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process by ensuring precision and efficiency in cutting operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain the Vulcan CNC Plasma Cutting Machine.
• Load sheet metal and align material properly on the cutting table.
• Upload and execute cutting programs based on the provided cutting list.
• Monitor cutting quality, speed, and machine performance during operation.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical or software issues.
• Ensure clean, accurate cuts with minimal material waste.
• Coordinate with drafting and production teams for priority tasks.
• Maintain safety standards and proper housekeeping around the machine.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Minimum 24 years of experience operating CNC Plasma Cutting Machines (experience with Vulcan preferred).
• Basic knowledge of machine calibration and torch height settings.
• Mechanically inclined with troubleshooting ability.
• Strong attention to detail and material optimization.
• Able to work under pressure to meet production deadlines.
