Amazon is seeking a motivated Operations Supervisor to lead and support our team in Jiddah, Makkah. This role requires leadership skills to motivate individuals towards achieving productivity and operational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily department duties and assign work to associates as necessary.
  • Conduct briefings, provide staff feedback, and perform audits and inspections of vehicles.
  • Support the training and development of new associates and track departmental metrics.
  • Analyze performance metrics to understand success and failures in achieving goals.
  • Maintain hours and schedules, updating SOPs as required.
  • Identify safety hazards and contribute to safety initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 1 year experience with Microsoft Office.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Flexible work schedule including weekends and overtime as needed.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk for up to 12 hours.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
