Gulfmaid, a leader in the plastic manufacturing industry in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Production Supervisor. With over 60 years of expertise, we produce a wide range of plastic products to meet the needs of various sectors, from households to manufacturing plants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and control daily production activities in line with the production plan.
  • Ensure efficient and safe operation of machines and equipment.
  • Monitor production output, cycle times, and material usage to meet targets.
  • Facilitate proper setup and changeover of molds, dies, or extrusion tools.
  • Adjust machine settings for quality or efficiency improvements.
  • Recommend corrective actions for recurring production issues.
  • Assign tasks and responsibilities to operators and technicians.
  • Ensure product compliance with quality standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily production reports.
  • Resolve minor machine issues and operator errors.

Experience Required:
A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the plastics, packaging, or pipe manufacturing industry.

Required Skills:
  • Experience with materials such as PVC, CPVC, and PPR.
  • Knowledge of production sizes, particularly from 1/2 inch to 8 inch.

Qualifications:
A Technical Diploma in Plastic or a related field is required.
