We are seeking a dedicated individual responsible for the operational supervision and coordination of our Nepro Extrusion factories. As a Production Supervisor, you will ensure high levels of quality, performance, and schedule adherence while maintaining a safe and organized work area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support production personnel to meet quality standards and achieve production targets.
• Ensure maximum production rates while maintaining quality standards.
• Monitor daily progress towards operational metrics and KPIs.
• Manage materials effectively and minimize waste.
• Support Lean manufacturing principles and ensure adherence to ISO9001 standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum five years of production management experience in a plastics extrusion environment.
• Hands-on experience with plastic extrusion and process optimization.
• Strong interpersonal and motivational skills in a multi-cultural environment.
• Proven ability to deliver results and meet KPIs.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical skills.

Education:

• Polymer Technology Diploma or relevant supervision experience in PVC and CPVC extrusion operations.
• Health and Safety Training, LEAN skills, and techniques.

• Familiarity with B2B sales processes and strategies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of marble, terrazzo, natural and artificial stone materials is an advantage.
