Key Responsibilities:
- Obtain competitive quotations for hotel requirements, ensuring the best products are sourced and purchased.
- Maintain up-to-date information on locally nominated suppliers and manage the database of active local contracts.
- Ensure compliance with quality procedures and maintain the Purchasing Manual.
- Oversee purchasing administration and maintain a record of commitments for all budgets.
- Prepare month-end account reports accurately and on time.
- Monitor all areas of purchasing including contracts, leases, and nominations.
- Execute tasks as instructed by Hotel Management.
What We Are Looking For:
The ideal candidate should possess strong financial knowledge, computer literacy (especially with MS Excel), and excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hotel/leisure sector or a similar purchasing role.
- A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
