We are looking for a dedicated Quality Specialist to join our team and contribute to the enhancement of service quality and organizational standards at our esteemed healthcare facility. Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Reviews: Conduct detailed chart reviews for mortality and morbidity triggers, preparing agendas and minutes for meetings.
- Documentation and Compliance: Perform qualitative reviews of documentation ensuring compliance with clinical policy.
- Audit and Reporting: Generate and analyze monthly audit reports, communicate findings and suggest improvements.
- Committee Involvement: Actively participate in committee efforts to enhance quality care.
- Data Management: Essential part of the validation process of new KPIs and collecting data from end-users.
- Privacy and Security: Monitor the privacy of patient documents and information.
- Accreditation Compliance: Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and accreditation standards.
- Performance Improvement: Engage in projects aimed at quality improvements.
- Training and Development: Contribute to educational initiatives through workshops on documentation and patient safety.
Job Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in healthcare, with at least 3 years in a Quality Risk Management department.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in healthcare or related field, CPHQ certification required; preferred master’s in Quality Management.
- Language Skills: Excellent command of English and Arabic, both verbal and written.
