Responsibilities:
  • Execute recruitment and selection processes in accordance with the association's needs.
  • Prepare and announce job openings while coordinating with online platforms and recruitment offices.
  • Receive, screen resumes, and arrange interviews.
  • Design and implement training plans and programs based on training needs analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal and external training providers.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and submit reports to management.
  • Update employee databases and training records.
  • Contribute to improving the work environment and attracting talents.
  • Participate in implementing initiatives.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment and training.
  • Proficient in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Thorough knowledge of the Saudi labor system.

About the Role

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a car.
  • Previous experience in real estate, construction, or sales is a plus.
  • Basic reporting and smartphone skills (taking photos, writing notes, using WhatsApp or CRM tools).
