We are seeking an experienced professional who will be responsible for preparing, negotiating, and achieving the annual vehicle sales budget for our branch while overseeing and managing vehicle inventory. This role is essential to ensure higher sales revenues and customer satisfaction aligned with our policies and procedures.

Key Accountabilities & Activities:
  • Implement daily operations in the Branch Sales department ensuring compliance with established standards.
  • Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement, cost reduction, and productivity enhancement.
  • Prepare and submit accurate sales reports to meet company and department policies.
  • Manage daily vehicle sales and ensure sales targets are met.
  • Analyze branch vehicle performance against company benchmarks and coordinate with the Sales and Marketing department for inventory management.
  • Conduct periodic training for the sales team to enhance skills and maximize customer satisfaction.

Job Specification:
Candidate must possess 6 - 8 years of relevant sales experience, including at least 2 years in progressively increasing managerial roles. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required. Proficiency in both Arabic and English is essential for this role.
