Role Overview

The Sales Representative will be a key contributor in identifying and securing new sales opportunities, cultivating strong client relationships, and managing the entire sales lifecycle. This role requires a deep understanding of the company's offerings and a commitment to achieving sales objectives within a dynamic market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and attract new sales opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through to completion.
• Achieve established monthly and annual sales targets.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's products and services.
• Expand the network of professional relationships within the market.
• Maintain existing client accounts and work to increase sales volume.
• Implement sales strategies effectively in both new and established markets.

Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in a sales role.
• Demonstrated ability to operate effectively within competitive environments, particularly in sectors such as CPaaS, SaaS, communications, digital marketing, and technology companies.

Location and Work Type

This is a full-time position. Candidates will be based in either Jeddah or Riyadh.
