Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers.
  • Conduct lead generation and account activation activities.
  • Prepare pricing proposals and ensure general account management.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring exceptional service delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maintain accuracy in processes and overcome challenges.
  • Ensure compliance with company processes and external regulations.

Requirements:
  • Minimum one year of relevant work experience.
