Join 3M as a Field Sales Representative
Step into the exciting role of Field Sales Representative in our Industrial Adhesive Division, specializing in Saudi Arabia. Here at 3M, you will collaborate with innovative individuals and play a crucial role in promoting our diverse range of products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Promote 3M Industrial Adhesive and tape products to both end-users and channel partners.
  • Implement new product introductions.
  • Execute the sales strategy to acquire new customers and generate demand in the Saudi market.
  • Work closely with the EMEA functional team.
  • Support channel partners and resolve design challenges for end-users.
  • Own the full sales cycle to meet defined sales targets.
  • Manage CRM systems and track records accordingly.

Skills and Expertise:
  • Must be a Saudi national.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, preferably structural engineering.
  • Proven experience in sales and technical solutions.
  • Willingness to perform domestic travel to meet customers.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Additional Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of bonding and adhesive technologies.
  • Proactive and able to work independently towards achieving targets.

Job Specifics:
  • Preferred locations: Riyadh, Dammam, Jubail, Qatif.
  • Expect daily domestic travel for customer meetings.
  • This position offers a remote working pattern, full-time.
  • Total compensation includes 70% guaranteed monthly base pay and 30% variable pay based on sales performance.
