As part of our commitment to providing exceptional hospitality, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for various administrative and customer service tasks, as well as contributing to financial goals and marketing efforts.

  • Administration: Maintain an efficient filing system and track all business booked with supportive records.
  • Customer Service: Conduct hotel inspections for clients and build strong relationships with our clientele while exploring new business opportunities.
  • Financial: Achieve sales targets and align personal business plans with the hotel’s annual goals.
  • Marketing: Stay updated on market trends and conduct competitor research to maintain competitiveness in the market.
  • Operational: Conduct professional sales calls, and telemarketing activities, meet and greet VIP guests, and implement sales action plans as per marketing strategies.

Your professional presentation and adherence to hotel policies are essential to enhance guest experiences. Flexibility in job functions may be required to meet business demands.
