Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Jeddah. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, maintaining relationships with key clients, meeting sales targets, and preparing strategic sales plans for hotel services. Daily tasks will also include:
  • Conducting market research
  • Responding to customer inquiries
  • Negotiating contracts
  • Representing the hotel in meetings and events to promote business growth

Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation and client retention
  • Proficiency in market research, strategic planning, and competitive analysis
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Customer relationship management skills and the ability to deliver exceptional service
  • Familiarity with the hospitality industry, particularly with a focus on luxury brands, is an advantage
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Fluency in English is required; fluency in Arabic is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
