At Everhires, we are a leading communication company based in Jeddah, specializing in multichannel communication tools including bulk SMS, WhatsApp, API, and chatbots. We are looking for a dedicated Sales Specialist to take our sales to the next level.

Role Overview:
This is a full-time on-site role. You will be responsible for identifying new sales opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, and managing the sales process efficiently to achieve sales targets. You are expected to provide excellent customer service while maintaining in-depth knowledge of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain existing sales and enhance customer relationships.
  • Drive sales in new and existing markets.
  • Understand and sell products including B2B solutions, software, PaaS, SaaS, and WhatsApp Business API.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Sales.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Sales Representative in the relevant fields.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
  • Knowledge of ERP & CRM systems is beneficial.
