Key Responsibilities:

• Direct Sales: Market and sell various types of foam products such as mattress foam, industrial foam, rebonded foam, and custom-cut foam.
• Prepare and negotiate price quotations with customers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Manage customer orders and coordinate with production for timely delivery.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and delivery processes.

Customer and Market Development:

• Identify and acquire new customers, including mattress and furniture manufacturers.
• Develop long-term professional relationships.
• Conduct market analysis to understand trends and competitor strategies.

Follow-up and Reporting:

• Prepare periodic sales performance reports.
• Coordinate with finance on collections.
• Update customer records in the company system.

Technical Support:

• Communicate technical specifications of foam products.
• Provide customers with guidance on product selection.
• Resolve customer complaints efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing.
• 2-3 years of sales experience, preferably in the foam or industrial materials sector.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to work under pressure.
