The Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, developing, and expanding the sales team to achieve the goals of the real estate company by implementing effective strategies, managing sales processes, building strong relationships with clients and investors, and ensuring a distinctive experience that aligns with company standards.

• Prepare and implement sales plans and strategies for the real estate company’s projects.
• Ability to form and build an effective sales team, identify needs, and appoint suitable competencies.
• Manage the sales team, set goals, and continuously monitor performance.
• Supervise the sales process from reception to closure, ensuring compliance with policies.
• Follow up on real estate market indicators and analyze trends to develop sales methods.
