Join Our Team as a Sales Supervisor!
At the Grandeur, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Supervisor to play a key role in identifying and securing new catering and labor service contracts. This position requires someone who can work independently and contribute to the market strategy through valuable ground-level insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, industrial zones, and potential client offices.
  • Source and qualify new leads via site visits, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, including project managers and procurement officers.
  • Present the company's catering and labor service offerings professionally.
  • Attend client meetings, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms until closure.
  • Prepare customized proposals and contracts that meet client needs.
  • Monitor project announcements and business opportunities across sectors.
  • Coordinate with operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment.
  • Maintain and update lead tracking sheets with follow-up statuses.
  • Analyze competitor activity and recommend pricing adjustments as needed.
  • Attend industry events to promote the company.
  • Provide performance reports to the CEO on market feedback and progress.

Qualifications:
  • 3–5 years of experience in field sales or B2B client acquisition.
  • Experience in catering, manpower supply, or facility services is preferred.
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
  • Good knowledge of the construction and industrial sectors.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Valid driving license is required.
