Join Our Team as a Sales Supervisor!
At the Grandeur, we are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Sales Supervisor to play a key role in identifying and securing new catering and labor service contracts. This position requires someone who can work independently and contribute to the market strategy through valuable ground-level insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, industrial zones, and potential client offices.
Source and qualify new leads via site visits, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, including project managers and procurement officers.
Present the company's catering and labor service offerings professionally.
Attend client meetings, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms until closure.
Prepare customized proposals and contracts that meet client needs.
Monitor project announcements and business opportunities across sectors.
Coordinate with operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure alignment.
Maintain and update lead tracking sheets with follow-up statuses.
Analyze competitor activity and recommend pricing adjustments as needed.
Attend industry events to promote the company.
Provide performance reports to the CEO on market feedback and progress.

Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience in field sales or B2B client acquisition.
Experience in catering, manpower supply, or facility services is preferred.
Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently under pressure.
Good knowledge of the construction and industrial sectors.
Fluent in Arabic and English.
Valid driving license is required.
