Job Title: Real Estate Marketing Supervisor
General Job Summary:
The Real Estate Marketing Supervisor is responsible for managing and implementing marketing plans for real estate projects, monitoring the performance of the marketing team, and working to increase sales by attracting customers and enhancing brand visibility. They ensure effective execution of advertising campaigns and achieving set marketing objectives.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
Prepare and implement marketing plans for various properties and projects.
Supervise the marketing team, distribute tasks, and conduct daily performance follow-ups.
Monitor the real estate market, analyze competitors, and identify marketing opportunities.
Manage digital and traditional advertising campaigns and measure their results.
Coordinate with the sales department to ensure the transfer of interested customers and follow up on conversions.
Manage advertisement content on various platforms (company website, social media platforms, paid campaigns).
Enhance relationships with real estate brokers and agencies to increase sales opportunities.
Supervise the organization of real estate events, exhibitions, and marketing preparations.
Prepare periodic reports for management on campaign performance and achievement levels.
Propose marketing development ideas and improve promotional methods.
Required Skills:
Strong skills in marketing and campaign management.
Ability to supervise and organize work teams.
Market analysis skills and competitor study.
Proficiency in using digital marketing tools (Google Ads – Meta Ads – SEO – CRM).
Excellent communication skills and customer interaction.
High ability to provide clear and organized reports.
Problem-solving skills and decision-making.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, management, or any related field.
Previous experience in the real estate or real estate marketing sector (preferably 2–5 years).
Good knowledge of real estate systems and the local market.
Personal Traits:
Leadership and effective personality.
Accuracy in follow-up and achievement.
Creativity in content writing and advertisements.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve goals.

- GOSI Registration Required or Sponsorship Transfer
- Requires 2-5 Years experience
- Intermediate in English
