YOUR ROLE AS A FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR
Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Consumer Activation Supervisor to join the team. As a Consumer Activation Supervisor, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Consumer Activation Manager.

YOUR ROLE AS A FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR
Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Consumer Activation Supervisor to join the team. As a Consumer Activation Supervisor, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Consumer Activation Manager.
YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
- Execute the consumer activation plan built with SFP Deployment & Field teams to address business problems and opportunities.
- Support commercial planning by collecting relevant territory data to continuously optimize plans.
- Produce and maintain comprehensive competitor touchpoint analysis.
- Implement new evaluation tools and provide early feedback for continuous optimization.
- Ensure compliance with set processes and assist in tool development for commercial activities.
- Lead a team of 3rd party Brand Supervisors and Brand Representatives, ensuring they are equipped with necessary knowledge.
WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- KSA National.
- 3+ years experience in a sales/brand/business support role using analytics, preferably with an FMCG company.
- Proven track record of high achievement orientation and results-driven performance.
- Strong analytical thinking with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Consumer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
