YOUR ROLE AS A FIELD SALES SUPERVISOR
Philip Morris KSA Trading Company is looking for a Consumer Activation Supervisor to join the team. As a Consumer Activation Supervisor, you will be part of the Commercial Operations team, reporting to the Consumer Activation Manager.

YOUR ‘DAY TO DAY’
  • Execute the consumer activation plan built with SFP Deployment & Field teams to address business problems and opportunities.
  • Support commercial planning by collecting relevant territory data to continuously optimize plans.
  • Produce and maintain comprehensive competitor touchpoint analysis.
  • Implement new evaluation tools and provide early feedback for continuous optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with set processes and assist in tool development for commercial activities.
  • Lead a team of 3rd party Brand Supervisors and Brand Representatives, ensuring they are equipped with necessary knowledge.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • KSA National.
  • 3+ years experience in a sales/brand/business support role using analytics, preferably with an FMCG company.
  • Proven track record of high achievement orientation and results-driven performance.
  • Strong analytical thinking with the ability to adapt to new challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consumer-centric mindset with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
