What You'll Be Doing
As Sales Supervisor, you will lead the team in delivering a premium, consultative customer journey that reflects Dyson’s innovation-led luxury positioning. You will champion technology-driven, demo-led selling to bring products to life, drive commercial performance through compelling storytelling, and ensure flawless in-store execution and operational excellence. Acting as the key bridge between retail teams and management, you will uphold brand standards, elevate service quality, and consistently exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Accountability of sell-out target regional level
• Build and maintain Retailer store manager relationships
• Direct responsibility of top 5 stores in the assigned region
• Cascade and distribute monthly sales target by POS per day and report to management
• Support in-store marketing activations are properly conducted and submit the execution reports
• Monitor market conditions and competitors' products, prices, and sales
• Ensure merchandising guidelines have been met for stores and coordinate with Dyson retail team any fixture installation or new product rollout
• Coordinate with internal/external stakeholders for products and skills training
• Ensure in-store stock is at an appropriate level in the assigned region
• Engage Experts team with Chalhoub initiatives and development programs

We are seeking a Consumer Activation Supervisor to join the Commercial Operations team in Jeddah. You will report directly to the Consumer Activation Manager and be instrumental in executing consumer activation plans that align with our business objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include:

• Executing activation plans with input from the SFP Deployment & Field teams.
• Supporting the commercial planning function through data collection for continuous optimization.
• Maintaining a competitor touchpoint analysis to guide action plans effectively.
• Implementing evaluation tools and providing feedback to ensure consumer relevance.
• Leading a team of third-party Brand Supervisors and Representatives, ensuring they are knowledgeable and equipped for performance.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Saudi Nationals only.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or a similar role within an FMCG environment.
• Proven results-driven performance with high achievement orientation.
• Strong analytical skills and adaptability to new challenges.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• A consumer-centric mindset focused on enhancing customer experiences.

Our Opportunity: We are seeking an energetic Sales Supervisor to identify, pursue, and secure new contracts for our catering and labor services through on-field work. This role requires a highly motivated individual who can independently generate leads, build customer relationships, prepare proposals, and close deals while also contributing to market strategy based on field insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to construction sites, industrial areas, factories, and potential client offices.
• Identify and evaluate new potential clients through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
• Identify decision-makers and build long-term relationships with project managers, procurement officials, and business owners.
• Present the company's catering and labor services in an appealing and professional manner.
• Attend client meetings, conduct presentations, and negotiate terms until closing the deal.
• Prepare tailored proposals, pricing, and contracts aligning with client needs.
• Monitor project announcements, tenders, and business opportunities across various sectors.
• Coordinate with operations, finance, and HR teams to ensure proposals align with delivery capabilities.
• Maintain an updated leads tracking sheet/CRM system with follow-up status and outcomes.
• Analyze competitor activities and provide recommendations regarding pricing or package modifications.
• Participate in industrial exhibitions, trade fairs, and networking events to promote the company.
• Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to the executive director with market feedback and progress.
• Support the development of sales strategies and targeted plans for specific sectors or regions.

Required Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in business development, field sales, or B2B customer acquisition.
• Strong background in catering, labor supply, facility management, or similar sectors.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong connections in the construction and industrial sectors.
• Confident, self-driven personality with a goal-oriented mindset.
• Able to work independently and deliver results without daily supervision.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English.
• Valid driver’s license.
