We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to lead our truck spare parts sales team to achieve defined sales targets through effective planning and daily team supervision.

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to lead our truck spare parts sales team to achieve defined sales targets through effective planning and daily team supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee sales by managing a team of truck spare parts sales representatives.
- Develop monthly and annual sales plans and monitor target achievements.
- Support the team in negotiations with key clients and closing deals.
- Assess and evaluate team performance periodically.
Customer and Market Development:
- Build and enhance strategic relationships with key customers (workshops, distributors, fleets).
- Attract new clients and expand market reach.
- Monitor market and competitor movements, proposing improvement strategies.
Technical Support and Customer Service:
- Provide technical assistance to the sales team and clients when necessary.
- Oversee customer complaints resolution ensuring fast and effective solutions.
- Ensure adherence to defined customer service standards.
Inventory Management and Internal Coordination:
- Coordinate with inventory management to ensure availability of required spare parts.
- Participate in planning inventory levels based on sales movement.
- Collaborate with other departments (warehousing, finance, management).
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare periodic sales reports and elevate them to senior management.
- Analyze sales data and identify growth and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in truck spare parts sales.
- Previous experience in supervising or leading sales teams is essential.
- Preferred experience with workshops or spare parts distributors.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- High negotiation and decision-making ability.
- Good knowledge of truck spare parts types.
- Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.
Language:
- Fluent in Arabic.
- Preferred proficiency in English.
Additional Requirements:
- Valid driving license.
