We are seeking a Consumer Activation Supervisor to join the Commercial Operations team in Jeddah. You will report directly to the Consumer Activation Manager and be instrumental in executing consumer activation plans that align with our business objectives.

Your Responsibilities Include:
  • Executing activation plans with input from the SFP Deployment & Field teams.
  • Supporting the commercial planning function through data collection for continuous optimization.
  • Maintaining a competitor touchpoint analysis to guide action plans effectively.
  • Implementing evaluation tools and providing feedback to ensure consumer relevance.
  • Leading a team of third-party Brand Supervisors and Representatives, ensuring they are knowledgeable and equipped for performance.

Who We’re Looking For:
  • Saudi Nationals only.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales or a similar role within an FMCG environment.
  • Proven results-driven performance with high achievement orientation.
  • Strong analytical skills and adaptability to new challenges.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • A consumer-centric mindset focused on enhancing customer experiences.

  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in truck spare parts sales.
  • Previous experience in supervising or leading sales teams is essential.
  • Preferred experience with workshops or spare parts distributors.

Skills:
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • High negotiation and decision-making ability.
  • Good knowledge of truck spare parts types.
  • Proficient in computer usage and Microsoft Office applications.

Language:
  • Fluent in Arabic.
