Join Royat Al-Ebtikar International School as a School Principal!
We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced School Principal to provide strategic leadership and oversee the daily academic and administrative operations of the school.

Role Summary:
  • Lead curriculum implementation (national & British) and ensure instructional quality.
  • Oversee teaching, assessment, and student performance.
  • Manage school operations, staff supervision, and compliance with Ministry of Education regulations.
  • Maintain discipline, student well-being, and a positive school culture.
  • Represent the school to parents, the community, and external bodies.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of school policies, safety standards, and safeguarding.

Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of teaching experience + 5 years of leadership experience in an international school.
  • Valid ETEC professional leadership license.
  • Strong command of Arabic and excellent proficiency in English.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Experience with the British curriculum, Ministry of Education regulations, and Special Education.
