The Role: Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead

HL Gulf is seeking a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead for a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah, Makkah. This role is central to leading the design, development, and maintenance of software systems that support HL Gulf’s airfield services and operational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee back-end architecture and ensure its robustness.
• Conduct thorough code reviews to maintain quality and standards.
• Set technical standards and guide the implementation of scalable, secure solutions.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Translate business requirements into precise technical specifications.
• Mentor other software engineers, fostering their professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in software development.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
• Optimize system performance to enhance efficiency.
• Contribute to strategic technology roadmaps, aligning with HL Gulf’s safety and compliance goals.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• A minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience in software engineering.
• Demonstrated experience in technical leadership and project oversight.
• Strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining complex software systems.

Work Location

This is an on-site position located in Jeddah, Makkah, Saudi Arabia.
