Job TitleAutomation Specialist and Systems Integration and Artificial Intelligence

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled specialist in process automation, integration of internal and external systems, and artificial intelligence applications to join the team. The employee will be responsible for developing and implementing smart solutions that contribute to improving customer experience, automating operational tasks, and seamlessly and effectively linking systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing and implementing automation solutions and improving workflow within the project.
  • Integrating internal systems, CRM, ERP, and other communication platforms and services.
  • Developing and customizing AI agents to enhance the performance of marketing, sales, and customer service operations.
  • Monitoring system performance and suggesting continuous improvements to ensure efficiency and quality.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business automation and system integration.
  • Strong knowledge of artificial intelligence and configuring intelligent agents (AI Agents / Chatbots).
  • Experience dealing with APIs and Webhooks and integrating multiple platforms (Voice, WhatsApp, Email).
  • Familiarity with using various integration platforms such as Make and n8n.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-growing team.
