About the Role

The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, *** is seeking a Human Resources Supervisor to join their team in the Makkah Region, serving the cities of Jeddah and Makkah. This full-time position requires 5-10 years of experience in human resources.

Role Overview

This role involves assisting in the monitoring and tracking of employee relations issues, ensuring their resolution and follow-up. The Human Resources Supervisor will support management and the leadership team in effectively handling and resolving various human resources matters, contributing to a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor all hiring and recruitment processes to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws, as well as company policies and standards.
  • Inform Human Resources management of any issues related to employee relations.
  • Respond to inquiries, requests, and concerns from employees and management regarding company and Human Resources programs, policies, and guidelines.
  • Disseminate information to employees concerning employer-employee relations, employee activities, and personnel policies and programs.
  • Review and ensure the accurate maintenance of all employee records and files, including interview documents and I-9 forms.
  • Assist with the logistics, administration, and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
  • Answer phone calls and record messages accurately.

Supporting Management and Employees

The Human Resources Supervisor will assist management with various employee lifecycle activities, including hiring, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, counseling, discipline, motivation, and coaching. This role also requires maintaining a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and colleagues, speaking clearly and professionally, and answering telephones with appropriate etiquette.

Professional Conduct and Workplace Standards

  • Adhere to all company and safety and security policies and procedures, reporting any accidents, injuries, or unsafe working conditions to management.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, supporting team goals and responding appropriately to employee concerns.
  • Enter and locate work-related information using computers and/or point of sale systems.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Physical Requirements

The role may involve moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
