About the Role
As a Supply Chain Manager in Jeddah, you will work closely with multiple teams including commercial, regulatory, quality, finance, and operations. You will be responsible for developing and implementing supply chain strategies to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of pharmaceuticals across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales, growth, and margin improvements in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Develop and implement country supply chain strategies that meet regulatory and operational needs.
• Ensure supply chain effectiveness through end-to-end process accountability.
• Maintain stock levels and optimize production planning in alignment with business objectives.
• Lead communication and cooperation between planning centers and commercial teams.
• Manage inventory levels and reconcile stock to ensure efficiency.
• Participate in strategic projects such as localization and supply security assessments.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related fields, along with 10-12 years of supply chain experience. A minimum of 3 years in a managerial position is required. Proficiency in English and strong analytical skills are essential, and familiarity with SAP is preferred.

We are seeking a Supply Chain Manager to be based in our Jeddah office. In this role, you will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure seamless supply chain management. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing country supply chain strategies.
• Ensuring compliance with financial, operational, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Managing end-to-end supply chain processes and enhancing supply chain effectiveness.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring timely deliveries.
• Leading communication with supply planners and managing backorders.
• Collaborating with various teams to align supply chain activities with business objectives.

Required Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Statistics, Pharmacy, or Business Administration.
• 10-12 years of experience in the Supply Chain field, including a minimum of 3 years in managerial roles.
• Strong experience in Supply Planning and logistics.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Proven leadership abilities and strong analytical skills.
• Experience with SAP and advanced Excel skills.
