Job Purpose
The Warehouse Manager ensures speed, accuracy, and efficiency in the storage, handling, and distribution of fast-moving products. You will be responsible for maintaining cost control, compliance with quality standards, and aligning warehouse operations with business goals. Your expertise will play a crucial role in inventory accuracy, demand-driven distribution, and continuous process optimization to support sales and customer service excellence.

Key Accountabilities

• Strategic: Develop and execute warehouse strategies aligned with FMCG supply chain objectives, monitor costs, and present operational KPIs.
• Operational: Ensure high-speed throughput, maintain inventory accuracy, implement and optimize systems for real-time visibility, and drive continuous improvement.
• People: Lead, coach, and develop warehouse teams, enforce safety protocols, and build a high-performance culture.

Qualifications, Experience, & Skills
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or a related field.
Experience: 8+ years in FMCG warehousing, logistics, or distribution with proven people leadership experience.
Technical Skills include proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP, analytics, and cost optimization.
Behavioral Competencies such as effective communication, accountability, problem-solving, resilience, and continuous improvement drive are essential.

About the Job

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, and dispatching.
• Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, and operational procedures.
