Join Lely New Zealand Limited as a Warehouse Operator!
This role offers flexible part-time hours and is based in our Hamilton office. As the Warehouse Operator, you will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth running of our warehouse operations and administrative functions.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Ensuring all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods are carried out accurately and on time.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports on stock levels and movements.
  • Assist with the processing of sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our warehouse and administrative processes.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Operator.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient in using office software, such as Microsoft Office suite.
  • Preferable current working knowledge with complex ERP system (Infor M3 preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • A problem-solving mindset and a willingness to contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations.
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Hold a valid forklift license.
