Join A10 Networks as a Regional Sales Manager!
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to identify and qualify business opportunities within the Enterprise, Public Sector, and Service Provider markets. As a key member of our team, you will engage in negotiations, coordination, and make strategic business decisions to close deals effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver professional sales presentations.
  • Manage project progress, conduct sales calls, and follow up with potential leads.
  • Work aggressively with partners to close deals and finalize contracts.
  • Meet and exceed sales quotas and revenue goals.
  • Communicate A10's technology value propositions and solutions effectively.
  • Interface with resellers and distributors as an extension of A10's sales force.
  • Determine market strategies and business goals for product lines and services.
  • Manage forecast reports and business plans efficiently.
  • Maintain constant internal communications with Sales Engineering and outside staff.
  • Grow the business and deliver results to meet assigned targets.

Experience & Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of industry experience in Business Development, Product Management, and Strategic Alliances.
  • Extensive relationships with leading telco/wireless equipment vendors.
  • Prior experience with Nokia is highly desired.
  • Strong understanding of security infrastructure and cloud services.
  • Demonstrated success in developing, structuring, and closing large contracts.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Master’s preferred.
