Barista

We are seeking an energetic and customer-oriented Barista to join our dynamic café team, where you'll craft exceptional coffee beverages while providing outstanding service to our valued guests. Key responsibilities include:
• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, including espresso, cappuccino, and specialty drinks
• Operating and maintaining coffee equipment while ensuring cleanliness and safety standards
• Managing customer orders efficiently and accurately while handling cash transactions
• Maintaining inventory and stock levels of coffee beans, supplies, and café products
• Providing knowledgeable recommendations about our coffee menu and food offerings
• Working collaboratively with team members during peak hours and special events
• Ensuring the café area remains clean,
organized, and welcoming at all times

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve drinks with high quality according to the required standards

• Maintain cleanliness of the working area and equipment

• Manage inventory and order supplies when needed

• Interact with customers politely and provide advice on beverages

• Maintain quality and food safety standards

Required Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in the field of coffee preparation

• Knowledge of different types of coffee and preparation methods

• Excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure

• Valid health certificate

• Ability to work on a shift system
