About the Role:
The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold beverages, particularly coffee. This position requires technical expertise in coffee preparation, excellent customer service skills, and a commitment to maintaining the highest product quality. As a Barista, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable café environment for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Beverage Preparation: Prepare high-quality coffee and other beverages according to precise recipes and customer preferences.
• Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain espresso machines, grinders, and other coffee-making equipment.
• Customer Service: Greet customers, take orders, and serve beverages in a friendly and professional manner.
• Cleaning and Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness of workstations, equipment, and the overall café area.
• Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels of ingredients and report shortages to supervisors.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient service.
